Gartinny Nurseries is vocational day service and an operational garden centre, offering horticultural therapy to autistic adults. Individuals are supported to fully participate in the running of Gartinny and are valued for their contribution. They are supported to learn about different plants and how to be successful in growing these whilst developing their social skills through customer service. The individuals can also consolidate their learning by getting involved in conservation and horticultural awards such as the John Muir Award which recognises their skills and achievements.
