Our vision is to enable a wide variety of people to develop skills to better manage their wellbeing – emotional, physical and mental. We do this by offering Mindfulness and Qi Gong sessions in our online community, in face-to-face sessions, in workplaces, and alongside other organisations and charities.

We provide services for both adults and children and these can be group or individual sessions.

Pause & Breathe have several outcomes for participants of sessions to:

  1. Feel connected to a wellbeing community.
  2. Have more information and knowledge about wellbeing.
  3. Have increased levels of self-care.
  4. Be more able to cope with life’s stressors.
  5. Feel that their emotional, mental and physical health has improved.
