We work with community groups and public and private organisations based on demand to help them tackle climate change and social justice issues, whilst building individual and group resilience to cope with the impacts of the climate and ecological emergencies. We offer a variety of workshops and trainings, and also create bespoke workshops for clients. Our associates are all skilled in training and workshop development and delivery, with backgrounds in corporate consulting, community work, climate change and social justice issues.
After receiving and award for Social Innovation, The Surefoot Effect was incorporated as a Community Interest Company to support a community of practice working with values based change methods to protect the environment and promote social justice. We work in ways that are inclusive and participatory with a growing group of associates delivering our programmes.
